Everyone can transcend his or her present circumstances to become the person he or she has always wanted to be. With genuine resolve coupled with steady, consistent steps, a person can achieve whatever he or she wants in life.

From a personal experience, I understand the daunting and complex challenge of taking the Bar Exam. So I made an effort to help students of law achieve their peak performance for the Bar Exam. My book "My Ex Girlfriend Didn't Think I Have What It Takes To Become a Lawyer" can help someone who will take the Bar Exam, or someone who aspires to become a lawyer, to improve his learning capacity and cognitive abilities by simply going back to the fundamentals of maintaining a healthy mind and body.
It may sound simple, but with the challenges of the modern world, the ability to have an intense focus on studying material has been tremendously hampered by the surge of digital distractions. There is a depletion of energy amongst the people of today. It is as if we live in a sleep-deprived world. In my book, I discussed the science behind why our smartphones can drain much of our energy and leave our days mostly unproductive and unfulfilled.
